Blodgett has been in this business too long and is only finding his lavish retirement account. He has absolutely no conscience.

As a mom I feel I need to write a review for all the moms that worry about their children when they are going through a divorce or just fighting for their rights as a parent. My son is 31 and this is the first time he has ever needed to hire an attorney. He is the father of a beautiful 2 1/2 year old daughter. He has never been without her and even though it did not work out between the mom and him, he has fought every day to be just as close to his daughter as he was when he was in the relationship with his daughters mom. Unfortunately, the mom feels that because she is the mom, She has more rights than the father and was pulling all the strings. She decided when my son would see his daughter, when he would talk to her, and what he would do for her financially as long as it benefited the mom also. This left my son, no choice but to hire an attorney. As a mom, I had to step back and let my son handle this on his own and pray the attorney he hired would steer him right. He hired Mr. Blodgett. I can tell you, without a doubt, Mr. Blodgett has given him his full focus to my son by listening, and strategizing a plan so that my son can have equal parenting time with his daughter. He made it easy to trust him. Even though the fight is not quite over, I felt a strong desire to write a review for all moms and dads so they knew what Mr Blodgett brings to the table. if you are reading this and looking fir an attorney for their child that is going through family law issues, Mr. Blodgett is the one you can trust. He is a straight shooter, and he genuinely cares about his clients. So, if you are looking for an attorney, rather, it be for your son, your nephew, yourself etc… go see Mr. Blodgett! He will do an amazing job and fight for your rights as a parent.

I have heard wonderful things about Blogett Family Law from friends and family, in fact he comes highly recommended. However, I recently reached and was accosted by his secretary. I was belittled, accused of being "highly inappropriate" and then hung up on. I honestly cried- in the moments when one is seeking legal assistance being lectured, belittled and hung up was not the experience that one would expect. Why Brian would allow this woman to represent him makes no sense.
