This is a beautiful peaceful place, that brings me incredible joy. It's the epitome of self-care. I loved my pedicure today from Martha. And I loved the quiet hour afterwards in the lounge, sipping water and eating a couple of mandarin oranges, waiting for my polish to dry!

I had a massage with Emily and then a pedicure with Alanna, and my experience was incredible!! Emily was so calming and listened to my request to have a lighter touch and an stress-relief focused massage. It was the best massage I've ever had! Alanna was funny, bubbly, and made me feel right at home. She also took great care to ensure she could get my heels as smooth as the dry buggers could get. The facilities are immaculate, from the two relwxetoon lounges, the latter made for me from the ladies at the front, to the steam showers. I can't wait to go back!

The spa looks calm and peaceful! Can’t wait to book a girls day with my mom and sister and try out their services! It has been five years since my last hot yoga class, but I took the plunge and decided to try one out this past weekend. I booked the hot flow class and it was exactly what my body needed. The class was challenging but with the modifications and variations provided I was able to challenge myself and still complete all the poses. It was a great reintroduction back into hot yoga, and I can't wait to book another class.

I saw Wei for a 90 minute hot stone massage and it was absolutely fabulous! The perfect blend of relaxation and deep tissue. She made sure to check in a few times throughout my treatment with her pressure and temperature and I could barely reply I was so relaxed. Everything was perfect ! Thank you Wei !!!
