She followed through on getting our transfers and tickets to things we wanted to see and do and this was a big deal especially for the Ann Frank tickets. We had an amazing getaway to Munising, MI to explore the beauty of Pictured Rocks and to get some hiking and beach time. Booking through Savanna was a breeze! She made everything so easy. I told her the couple activities I for sure wanted to do and asked for some recommendations for hotel, food and hikes and she delivered! The hotel she booked us at was lovely and she even thoughtfully had chocolate covered strawberries welcoming us in our room! All of our trip info and itinerary was laid out and organized so well. I truly cannot recommend booking through her enough!

Savanna was helpful from beginning to end with planning my family’s holiday to the coast of Portugal and Paris. She guided us through what we would need to do to prepare for our European adventure, helped us book tours, and checked in with us along the way. She found two perfect hotels that met our family’s needs and wants. We asked for a beach and pool along the coast of Portugal, and she found us Arribas Sintra Hotel, which has one of the largest saltwater pools in Europe. The high dives were an added bonus. The Hotel Keppler was a gorgeous Paris boutique hotel close to everything we wanted to do and see. If you need a someone to listen to your wants and needs, guide you through the planning process, and be there throughout your trip, Savanna is lovely to work with.

I wish I could give Savanna 10 stars!! She was so incredible. In the early stages of planning our honeymoon she did so much of the research and outreach to hotels, local businesses, etc. to make sure we had everything planned that we wanted to do. She shared an app with us right before we left that had our entire itinerary as well as ticket confirmations and local insights so we knew the norms for the countries we were visiting. The real icing on the cake (when I didn’t think it could get better!) was while we were on the honeymoon, she reached out letting us know a ferry was cancelled. She immediately shared alternative options for us so we could just adjust and continue on enjoying our honeymoon. I can’t imagine planning a trip like this while planning a wedding as well - Savanna was a life saver and we’ll be using her in the future!!
