Was looking to dye my hair to a silver/ashy blonde colour and needed to get a quote or a price estimate on what I would be looking at. My hair is originally black but currently it is reddish brown. I am from Toronto but had seen a young girl with some beautiful colored hair which I wanted almost the same colour. I approached her and asked where she had got it done? She told me that she is from Oakville, at a Salon called CHATOIC "with a K." At the time I had forgot how to spell. 🤣🤣 I dont travel too far and asked if it was far, she explained that it is past Missisauga. I told her that "her hair was beautiful, and thank you." Checked out Khaotic online and people spoke wonders of Monica. I had contacted her through phone, yet she is quite busy as she probably does everything herself. I sent her a text and she responded very quickly. Asked about how the prices were like, how to go about getting the hair colour I wanted and the process it takes. This is my first time looking to change my hair colour to a VIBRANT colour and new to this situation. Monica explained that every person and situation is different, If I could provide more details and send a picture of reference so that she could get a better sense of what to tell me. Monica was very thorough with me, very prompt, very polite, and very professional. She didn't get irritated at my many questions and explained everything step by step. The process it takes, the amount of time it takes, that their could be MORE than one application required. She was very open and honest with me which I truly appreciate. In the end I decided not to go to her since I am again FROM TORONTO and traveling back and forth just to "maybe" get it done. Even though I did not see her, I truly am appreciative and have a lot of gratitude for her taking the time to answer me and even be happy for me. She is a wonderful person and it was a great experience just texting back and forth. Many people would not take the time to engage as she did. If I am ever in Oakville I would definitely stop by to see Monica. I apologized for "wasting her time," yet, she reassured me that it wasn't a waste and that "it would be a pleasure doing your hair." Good energy people are what makes me so happy, nothing negative at all about this lovely person. Thank you so much, Monica. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
