E LAlways see people holding Blank Street Coffee drinks but I was so disappointed - perhaps I got the wrong drink? I got the winter special honey macadamia latte & it was so sweet, even after I asked them to add more milk in. It was so unbearable I had to throw the £5+ drink away:(

Somehow my drink got missed and I was waiting for an extra long time and when I asked they were very apologetic and gave me a free pastry for waiting for so long. Always quick when I go in there other times though, and my drink is always a 10/10 ☀️

The matcha came in pre-made liquid bottles rather than the original powdered form, which was disappointing. On top of that, the beverage was served cold without clarification. Overall, not a fantastic experience.
Louise SmithTerrible service. They were too busy making pre-orders for non-existing customers to serve the only corporeal customer in the shop. I left without buying anything after standing waiting to be served for a while. They didn’t say a word to me the whole time I was there. No idea what the coffee is like, but maybe pre-order your drink? Seems that’s the only way to get served?
