I’m submitting this review on behalf of my elderly parent who was done terribly by this company. "So help me God!" The following pictures will show some of the damage and destruction caused by Black tie moving company. My house and furniture were damaged & most of the furniture was scratched. Some items were broken beyond repair. Tape was put directly on wood furniture, and glue residue was also left on several items. An entire corner was broken off of a console. This happened on September 13th, 2024 and I have received ONE email concerning this issue. Management is never available. These people need to be held accountable. Is there any attorney that would be willing to take this case for me?!

The team that was assigned the task, Anthony P., Anthony E., and Gallo worked efficiently, quickly, and effectively. All three men took time to understand what I needed and worked to make sure that I was happy with the results. I highly recommend Black Tie moving for your next move.
