The price list on the website is not the same as the actual cost calculation. The terms in the contract (including the price list) were different from what I paid for - or rather, I overpaid. I advise you to read the contract carefully before signing it!

I ordered a minibus and they provided a scratched car, a boorish Driver who demanded tips after poor service. The car was late, although they promised that they would be on time and swore that the car had already left and was 2 hours late!!!! When I asked to make changes in the route everything was done for a very long time, the impression that they were deliberately stalling so that it was impossible to fulfill the request. Horrible service! I categorically do not recommend!

Do not recommend using this company at all. I was looking forward to coming and renting a car from them but I was denied due to “nationality”. They rejected a UK passport with a UK name and said they would not rent me a car due to nationality. Extremely racist company, would highly recommend avoiding them and sticking to an international / mainstream one.
