Received trash service. Prepaid $134 to have my parents picked up and driven to the airport while I was out of town and couldn’t. Not only did the driver not show up, we did’t get a single call advising us. Called multiple times to inquire where the driver was with no answer. Had to call a taxi. Spoke with them hours later to ask what happened with the driver and the guy tells me “maybe he sleep” and laughed. At least they refunded my money. I wouldn’t recommend.
