Stopped here for lunch - quiet pub with excellent menu. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cosy atmosphere - loved the decor! Food was cooked fresh and tasted really good. Definitely recommend rather than going into Lymington

Tried this lovely pub for Sunday lunch, so glad we did, met by very welcoming staff, good selection of real ales ( always a bonus ) we both opted for the roast beef, when the plates arrived we were not disappointed, large portion, meat really tender, huge Yorkshire pudding and a side dish of vegetables to boot, and we both agreed the gravy was devine, rich and thick and plenty of it.. Definitely one of the best roasts we have had in a long time, highly recommended, thank you
