Rob from Hancox installed our new boiler the other day after our old one broke. He was quick and efficient and did a fantastic job. The girls in the office were fantastic, their customer service is great, considering the time of year and the urgency of the matter they did all they could to get our new boiler sorted as soon as possible, thank you! I would highly recommend hancox and will be using them again in the future.

Hancox gas and plumbing have just completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom and the transformation from the old to the new is remarkable, all previous floor and wall tiling removed including all sanitary units previous shower enclosure which stood 5 inches above the floor now replaced with a enclosure at floor level making it so much easier to get in and out to achieve this the shower waste had to be installed under the floor to the outside wall all other pipe work some of which was originally at surface level now replaced under the floor ceiling skimmed and new LED lighting installed all walls and floor retiled.including wall panels in the shower cubicle .everyone was so friendly they respected our home and through the better than expected disruption worked with us respecting our needs at all times everything was very well coordinated tilers electricians plasterers etc and our thanks goes out to the whole team at Hancox with special thanks to Matt and Louie who I have to say worked tirelessly and so hard I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company and fully recommend them thank you all John and Julia Evans Solihull

I am OCD about about maintenance that goes on in my house - the mess & chaos etc but I needn't have worried :-) Rapid Rob arrived, installed my new Worcester Bosch 4000 boiler & was gone after 4 hours, leaving everything spic & span, as if he'd never been here! What a brilliant engineer :-) British Gas quoted £2000 more for the same job & wanted to put up scaffolding in order to replace the roof flue - Rob skilfully managed to do it from inside the attic !
