Absolute pros! I’ve been to many dental offices based on travelling for work and life and this is by far THE BEST for the work they do. Dr. Won & Dr. Darren are remarkable dentists I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the dental work they have given me. It’s like night and day quality of work wise. The staff are all gems. From Reception and Administration to the Dental Assistant staff as long as I live in Barrie this is where I will go 100%. Thank you everyone at Essa Ferndale Dental you’re all absolute pros!

Receptionists don’t know how to bill and are rude. Maybe they should hire someone who is more experienced in properly billing patients/clients. I strongly recommend finding another dental office that will handle patient care when it comes to billing and insurance related issues.

I had a fabulous appointment. Everybody from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist, as well as the dentist were absolutely amazing. Linda was the hygienist that took care of me and she was so thorough and explained everything she was doing. She stopped to make sure I was comfortable. It was a very pleasant dental experience. Dr. Darren came in after my cleaning and discussed my x-rays and asked me if I had any questions. This was the first time I had ever had a dentist ask me if I had questions. Very refreshing relaxed, caring dentist office. I was very impressed

I went to this clinic for the first time the other day, great experience, my hygienist named Precious was amazing! Very thorough, kept checking in to see if I was good, and not one thing she did hurt during the entire cleaning, if you’re nervous or haven’t been in a while definitely book with her! The receptionists were also very nice and so was the dentist.
