Today I went to BSMMU for my niece's nasal X-ray. The staff made us wait in a very long line without informing us that the X-ray procedure would be delayed. There were many people in that line. A security staff member was present, but he didn’t organize the line, even though it was very noisy. He even allowed several people to skip the line and collect tickets, even though they hadn’t been waiting like the rest of us. It was truly unfair. When I asked the counter staff about these issues, he was extremely rude. I never expected such behavior from BSMMU. It was really very disappointing. The authorities should be made aware of their staff’s behavior and the corruption taking place.
