I’ve been seeing Dr. Day for about 9 months now and I have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of his service. First, I appreciate his patience with me and his gentle nudges and reminders to change all my bad habits. I have obviously seen and felt changes in my body, the pain was my main concern, but surprisingly I also experienced an improvement in my mood and lessening of my anxiety! Dr. Day also has a great massage therapist, Caleb who has also helped tremendously! Dr. Day has a whole body or whole person approach which has been extremely important in my recovery.

I took my mother for initial appt at 11am . She uses a walker. We got there at 1059. Got her out and then walker out . And noticed there was no wheelchair ramp. Only 4 very steep stairs.I called them and asked hiw I was supposed to get my mother into her appt. And they told me there is a door in the back alley I could use. So I loaded the walker and my mother back in to the car and drove around to find the door a d there was really nowhere to park so I had to park at another business. Unloaded the wheelchair and my mother again and once in the building to walk a decent distance to get to the front check in. For someone who can walk with no assistance this isnt an issue . But if you are coming into a chiropractor 9x out of 10 you are in pain . So it was very inconvenient. Got to the front desk and it was 1105 am Once I to a room we were told they may not be able to see us today since we were late. Well if we didnt have to hunt for a way into their building we would not have been 5 mins late. So they ended up making us reschedule and I told them how inconvenient that it was a d we would not have been late if we could of been able to get i to their building. They did not care. Would not recommend this practice . Is not ada compliant!
