These folks know their job, understand customer service and give good quality work which is a value albeit expensive. First, they come fast for an estimate. Yes they call you back when others didn’t. The contract is easy to understand. Unlike other contractors, the manager (Christina) knows what’s going on and keeps you in the loop. Excellent communication. No surprises. Our estimate went about 5k over estimate but that was expected either all the wood they had to replace. They arranged for a wind mitigation specialist to come afterwards to do a report so one can submit it to your insurance company for a decrease in premium. It wasn’t small either. The only negative was that the guys trampled our flowers and didn’t clean up as well as they should have leaving pieces of shingles, nails and even some larger stuff but I kind of expected some of that. Despite this I would highly recommend them and would get them again. One other negative: It takes them a month to cash their check!
