I ordered online 3 pairs of earrings but 1 arrived super tarnished and the other one the clasp was loose and unhooked and almost broken. Really disappointing because the seemed like good quality when I saw them in store. I've been trying to contact the support for a return for a week but no response... I hope I don't miss the 30 days policy because I went to the Pilgrim at Carrefour Laval and they told me I needed to return it online. I usually never write a negative review but this is such as headache trying to return a bad quality item received when it should have been checked during quality assurance and by the packer in the warehouse. I also thought because they opened in Royal Mount mall in Montreal, it was a reasonable company. But this is so unfortunate :( I told my friends not to buy from here and warned them. I wasn't expected top notch gold jewelry as I know this is gold plated and not gold vermeil or solid gold but this is so unfortunate... I hope reading this review helped you. I know there is a lot of positive reviews and I wished my review was positive as well but this is just my experience :( As my purchase wasn't super cheap either.. I am so sad about them.

Victoria was the best part of the experience! She was super friendly and I asked to choose and position my piercings for me and she did an amazing job I am in love with them!!! A true gem of a person so grateful to have chosen Pilgrim for my piercings and will be back for my other ones in the future!!

Wonderful experience, shopping as well as piercing. The concept is unique and economically sensible. Website is functional, easy to navigate, and permits for online appointments in piercing. Appointment booked. Minor delays acceptable was greeted by Victoria who was the piercer when I made my appointment. Young, knowledgeable and honestly refreshing. She was socially adept, empathetic and provides her service with ease and sterility. She is an asset to the business, and I will recommend her abilities to pierce via needle method to colleagues and friends in the future. Keep on doing what you are doing Victoria! You are a gem!
