Terrible customer service, I felt completely dismissed and gas lite. Be ware, seems like a common practice based on other reviews similar. They will paint you the beautiful shining stars but if you leave and try to return back they will invent lie and pretend it no longer applies in some way. Very very pleasant upon sale but terrible after sale service. Which is key to keep returning customer.

The first watch I brought to them to change the battery was scratched by the female employee at the shop and tried to not to accept the responsibility for scratching it. When I pressed the matter they offered to polish it for free. I brought another watch to them to change the battery and because it was already scratched I asked them to polish it at a cost. Then they said they can replace the casing of the watch instead of polishing it for higher cost, but they tried to include the cost for polishing it as well in the estimated cost. I think they tried to recover the cost of the polishing they offered for free for the first watch due to scratching it. So I refused the new casing and asked them only to change the battery and polish it. Then they said the watch needs two batteries. When I went to collect the watch, the total cost contained the cost for two batteries, cost for polishing and the cost for a new casing ( which was not replaced at all) I had to make a considerable effort and tell her, that I specifically asked to not to replace the casing and it was not replaced anyways and why are you going to charge for a thing that I refused and you have not done. Finally, she removed the cost for the new casing that was never changed. Trying to rip off people in multiple ways is their strategy !
