HORRIBLE!!! I used to love this boutique, but it seems they've changed owners. I brought my bracelet in for a broken clasp and was charged $45 for a spring ring. After repair, I noticed the bracelet was catching on my clothes, which it never did before. The ring attached to the clasp was open, so I asked them to fix it to prevent it from getting caught and breaking. They sent it for repairs again, and after almost a month, I called to check on it. They then told me they couldn’t fix it and that I would need to replace the clasp with a lobster claw for an additional $35. The bracelet went back for repairs, and after another three weeks, I received it back with the clasp looking open and the ring poorly soldered. When I pointed out I was concerned the attach would fall through eventually, the lady told me it was “highly unlikely”. Highly unlikely?! After paying $90 and waiting over two months, this is not the response I was looking for. Don’t waste your time or money!
