In December 2022, I bought what I thought was an 18k chain and pendant letters for my wife. Total weight in grams was 6g. I went back to add something else to my wife's chain and asked that we stay in 18k. I was then told that what I had bought in 2022 was only 10k!! I looked at the bill and yes, it says 10k. The entire time I was there I said I wanted 18k and I calculated based on the current price of 18k. The price was high but acceptable considering Christmas was close and I was doing last minute shopping. In the range of about 250% above the price of 18k. Now I have to tell my wife her necklace is actually 10k. Which isn't a problem, but that means I paid a 500% mark up from the cost of gold at that time!! I am a trusting person. I tried to speak to the owner and she doesn't care and stands by her prices. She did confirm that her markup is 250% and says that the price I paid was for 10k.... It is my fault. I learned my lesson. Never buying gold from them ever again. Unless you want to feel good about over paying and getting taken advantage of. There was 0 effort on their part to try and rectify the situation. No, we are sorry. We appreciate your business. Let us make it right. Nothing. 0 stars for this place. Stay clear. But your gold online. Might as well buy your gold off Amazon. At least they have great customer service.

As my first experience in a jewelry store, I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was not disappointed. The selection of jewelry was pretty good. The service was quite satisfying, as I described what kind of gift that I wanted to give, I was guided through the entire process which felt quite easy, even though I am not the most well versed in fashion, beauty and aesthetics. The place itself is quite cool to begin with, it even has an aquarium! Take this review with a grain of salt though, as this was my first time in a jewelry store, so my rating could be off.
