The burgers and poutine are pretty good. But the hot chicken sandwich……let’s just say we were politely disappointed. Imagine two slices of white dempsters bread, with some cubes of chicken inside, covered in chicken bouillon gravy. My friend described it as a ‘unique culinary experience. Unforgettable. ‘ But alas there is nothing else nearby, so this is probably your best bet.

🌟 5-Star Review for Lucky Snack Bar 🌟 Stopped by Lucky Snack Bar during our road trip back to Toronto from Banff, and it was an absolute gem! We ordered the fried pickles and some ice cream — both were delicious and hit the spot after a long drive. What made the stop even more memorable was the amazing service. The young girl working there with a star sticker on her face was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Her customer service was top-notch — if I could give her 10 stars, I would! 👏🍦 Highly recommend this place for a quick, tasty bite and warm, welcoming service!

This is hands down the best poutine at any chipstand from Northbay to Sault St Marie, I constantly stop at chip stands and am let down by soggy fries, shredded cheese or bad gravy, this place gets it all right, even a small poutine is a large portion size for $10, the only let down was the bacon cheese dog I got one day

Food is good. Love their burgers and fries. Good poutine. Service is questionable. wait times are ridiculous. Atmosphere is out-dated. Solid 3.5-4 out of 5. If the owner spent some money to update the place would be much nicer. Watch out for the birds!
