My husband and I recently relocated due to his job. His work connected us with Bigham the Mover. I was nervous about hiring movers as I have had only terrible experiences in the past, and found it less stressful to just do it myself. Having said that, I am beyond impressed with these guys. Insanely efficient, and FAST. Not a single item was damaged or lost. Every day I was shocked with how much they were able to get done. High energy, positive, immaculate vibes. And so kind/lovely to me (anxious overseeing wife) and my cat (skittish little bugger). If you're on the fence - don't be!! They are worth every penny (and more)! We will 100% hire them again. THANK YOU!!

The short version : good communication, kind, efficient! Polite and professional. I would book them again and recommend them to you! Long version : I am moving across the country and have been very worried about the moving process. David at Bigham has been very kind and responsive to my needs throughout this process. I've gotten responses to my emails within a few hours which has helped a lot with all the parts of this move! The two men who came to load everything into the truck were quick and efficient and dealt with my anxiety admirably. (Thank you!) They explained everything, asked questions when needed, and treated my stuff well. The estimate that David made was right on target. It's an expensive move since it's all the way to to Vancouver Island but the costs were outlined clearly before I signed and have been consistent. From here I know that my stuff is going to go through a few more hands but I trust that David has picked good partners to drive things from Ontario to BC. My anxiety is relieved. I would totally pick Bigham if I had to move again!
