Customer service goes above and beyond. Super helpful. Car was super easy to put together. The seats and video player are really next level as well. Shipping was super fast. Got here before the custom license plate in had ordered for the car. Pleasant experience all around. 15/10 would definitely recommend this to any parent looking to really wow their kids

The Jeep is awesome, (24volt) Nighthawk but the company support is better. I had thought service like this was extinct in 2024. I had an issue with a missing part and sent an email on Sunday. By Monday morning I recieved a phone call and the part was shipped express the next day. I had issues with directions for operation and once again sent and email and once again got a call with the operating instructions explained. The day of my grandsons party EVERY parent was asking about the Jeep and I felt CONFIDENT proving this company’s information. I was clear, but from this company, support is everything. Thanks again

We bought the Can Am 2wd with the dual battery. It has been nothing but issues. It seems to be broken more often than the kids have been able to ride it. Very disappointed with the product. The customer service was pretty great while it was under warranty but just sucks we have owned for a year and have been waiting on parts or having to order parts more than our kids have gotten to use it. Our cheap Amazon ride one have been a much better investment. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The items they sell are garbage and our $600+ car broke within 2 months. I had an extremely negative experience with big toys direct and wish I never bought from them. We bought this almost $600 car for our son very recently for Christmas and it stopped working after 2-3 uses (he's barely 30 lbs and used it a couple of times). The company is being rude and condescending on the phone and they keep saying they don't accept returns when obviously this is not a return issue it's a defective item problem and not standing behind their product. They keep saying the car is not defective, the motor is and they swear that means the car is fine even though it doesn't work. Their explanation is that a broken part inside the car, doesn't mean the car is bad. Read that again, I know I needed time to process that stupidity. We essentially paid for a piece of $600 junk that worked for 2 months and barely 2 uses because the third time it stopped running. The car would be out of range from the remote control within a few feet and overall just didn't work. I don't want others to get scammed and be told they don't accept "Returns" when you complain about a defective and extremely low quality item.
