I have use this service only once. but also its great I went from Hamilton ON to Ottawa Nepean area for $80. like that's a great price, the car was full but also welcoming to stop when we needed for a break for the long drive. I will definitely use this service again since its cheaper than the train and bus.

This company cares about their clients. If a driver doesn't follow the rules then they have consequences and have their account suspended. I appreciate this because I was left stranded for 4 hours so when I screenshotted and sent the conversation with my driver to Poparide (who had agreed to pick me up and yet filled his car with other people), they took me seriously and acted on it. Nico at Poparide took my complaint seriously and I appreciate that he touched base the following day to ensure I got home safe. I do recommend this service as they hold their driver's accountable. It's a very quick way to get around at a cheap price compared to shuttles.
