Scratched 2~3 of my rims changing tires. They were barely used and never scratched before. Now they're vidibly scratched with one scratch that went through the paint entirely. I went out and took a look inside when they were changing them and saw 4~5 guys there chatting and working carelessly, one of them roughly dropped my tire and stacked them together. I've been to another chinese body shop and they even dropped my tire rim faced down by accident. Is service in Toronto body shops this disappointing? None of them switched out the worn bags either. My tires sets are in thousands and I regret coming to these shops for tires. I can't even trust them for a tire change now?

My family and I have been here for regular car maintenance for years. It was all pleasant until the guy with glasses at the front desk told me that a regular oil change would be $90. My last service was in Winter 2024, and it cost $50. The guy at the front desk told me that "they haven't used regular engine oil for a while". ** I initially rated this shop a 5-star and updated it to a 1-star to reflect my experience as of August 2025. **

My go to local garage. Fair pricing, won't try to sell you a servics that you don't really need. Been using this garage, for more than 20 years now, and never had any bad experience with the guys.
