Straight 2 weeks in row my appt got cancelled with a very short notice . As a patient we have to let them know 2 business days prior but same rules doesnot apply to them . I guess our time is not valuable . They also need to update their app since it can only send confirmation text message saying your appt is booked but as per receptionist it can’t send a message if appt is cancelled . We can only know if our appt is cancelled couple of hours before if we are able to pick up our phone while at work or check voicemail before we come for our appt . Who has time to check their voicemail right after they leave from work and rushing to reach on time for their appt ?but still everything is our fault .

Maplewood dentist is the best dental office ever. I have had a few emergencies and they have more than accommodated me and fixed the problem quickly. Much appreciated😊
