I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I made a 10:15 appointment but had to wait until 10:30 for the service to begin, even though I arrived early at 10:08. This completely undermines the purpose of having an appointment. On top of that, ACE blamed me, saying, "Don’t you know today is Daylight?" But honestly, how does Daylight saving time affect my appointment time? When I walked in, I saw him already attending to other clients, even though my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. This shows a complete lack of respect for my time and my appointment. To make matters worse, I had booked a wash, cut, and styling, but they did not provide the wash service and still charged me the full price, which feels completely unfair. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
