This is the go-to store for all your electronic needs. The price is unbeatable and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I only wish their stairway isn't so steep that after going up and down the stairs couple time really took a toll on my aging knee.

GREAT service and GREAT prices! Asaka-san was awesome to help me choose a new mirrorless camera! He was knowledgeable to answer my questions and used a great translation device whenever we couldn’t quite understand each other. It was extremely accurate. I’d been to several giant stores around 東京 and Kyoto researching and I was surprised to find the most knowledgeable and friendly staff here. The store is not the typical Bic as it is directly across from the Hachiko exit and the space is super crammed. The store offers tax-free shopping and sells both Japan-only and export versions with 1yr warranties. Maybe there was a sale for New Year’s, but the price I paid was significantly less than the going prices around town and compared to a Best Buy or Amazon. Five stars.
