Solid all-in-one stop for electronics, beauty stuff, watches—everything Camera section was decent, though not as deep as Shinjuku or Akihabara Had the latest Sony and Fujifilm models, plus a few used options Staff was helpful, and some spoke English—easy to ask questions Tax-free counter was quick, and they explained everything clearly Not super big but packed, so it can feel a bit tight when crowded Also had phone accessories, travel stuff, even snacks upstairs 😂 Right near Shibuya Station, so easy to pop in between sightseeing Prices were fair, especially with tourist discount and point system Great for casual shopping or picking up last-minute tech

If you are a foreigner looking to set up your phone so you can have data in Japan this would be a recommended spot close to the train station you can easily walk within 10 minutes. You can get this card that has 30 days - 35 GB for around 5K yen. There are many options available but I think this is the best bang for your buck if you're going to be here longer than a week. This is a data plan only and you will not get a Japanese phone number There are lower-priced plans that you can get that you can top off if you need more data but the price will be significantly more than if you purchase everything at one time at the store For example if you needed two weeks of service and you bought the 15 GB package but needed 20 GB you would need to top it off but the price would be more expensive than if you just bought the 35 GB to begin with I hope this information helps you! Otherwise it's a big electronics store with a lot of various things. They don't have super low prices or a ton of variety but you can find many things here.

Everything electronics under one roof..... I was impressed with the variety of items at this store. There are other Bic Camera stores in the area but the East store is the largest, most comprehensive store. If there's a hard to find component, you'll most likely find it here.

Received rather bad service by a male staff on the top floor when we were shopping for watches ( visited on 28 Feb around 8pm) He was not rude in any way but did not bother with us, seem completely uninterested to make any sale. After taking out 2 watches for us to try, he walked away eventhough we were the only ones there. Very disappointed with this branch , esp after our visit to BIC AT AKIBAHAra, which was really pleasant
