Visited here to look at camera supplies, walked away with a pocket 3. I can speak a little Japanese, and the older gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful. He was patient with me as I figured out my words and asked him to repeat things. If you can't speak Japanese, no idea what kind of experience you will have if you need assistance.

We came in as soon as the store opened. The service here was phenomenal. We did have a language barrier, but that didn't stop the worker from helping us and going above and beyond. My wife bought a pair of audio techinica earbuds from a different BIC CAMERA five months before coming back to Japan. One side permanently died in two months and didn't charge. Luckily, we had a layover in Japan on our trip to Hong Kong. We had the earphones for less than five months in total. We returned back with all the earphones accessories, box, and receipt of purchase. The worker tried his best to access the situation and eventually gave us a new replacement after testing our broken earphones. Thank you for being understanding and for the service. Six months later, the wife's earbuds are still strong and hold their charge like it's brand new.
