Enquired with the reception staff and booked an appointment for a specific Dr. After payment, for initial check up nurses took very long time and poor response. By the time, that is over Dr. Was not available saying busy in other work and informed to see another Doctor. Enquired reception staff, got an answer very rudely. No polite approach by Admin staff. Doctors are very good. By improving system in admin and support staff, you can further improve.
