I recommend BH Garage Door. It was easy to call and set up a same day appointment. The technician Hugo called early to provide me a time estimate. The time estimate was accurate. Hugo reviewed the work and provided an estimate. He explained in detail the work to be done and payments accepted. He kept the area clean, performed the work fairly quickly and also advised against one option that I was thinking to add to the work. I appreciate this and will use BH Garage in future because of the honesty and integrity shown not to do additional work that is not needed. The cost of my repairs was reasonable for my expectations. Hugo was great in displaying respect for the customer, explanation of the work before and after the job and patience while I asked various questions. I got a new spring above the door, new lines on each side of door and also new rollers. In addition, I had minor repair to outside plastic piece that seals the garage and door. I’m very happy with the result.

I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with BH Garage and our technician, Mike. Our garage spring broke at 9:30pm on Saturday night and Mike was here by 10:00. He was friendly, encouraging and wildly efficient. He replaced both springs, installed a new brace and was out the door by 11:00. Everything looks great and, more importantly, works great. So grateful for this team!

He answered all our questions and made sure I can operate the new door safely. My whole family is so pleased with his job.
