I was so impressed with the individual care and attention shown at this gym! From the minute I walked in I felt an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and zero pretentiousness. The staff are knowledgeable and supportive, and really passionate about helping people gain and maintain fitness throughout their lives. This gym really focusses on longevity, which was a cornerstone of our complimentary Health and Wellness Assessment. In addition to a full body scan, Sarah-Jane provided an in-depth and detailed assessment of my overall health, really getting to know me and my lifestyle before providing feedback. I really appreciate Sarah-Jane's low pressure approach to holistic wellness and natural warm demeanor. I will be 40 next year and I am so happy I found this gym that creates space for specialized coaching and building strength! Wonderful community and team <3
I can’t say enough great things about Beyond Fitness! The personal trainers are absolutely top-notch — knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. Every workout feels tailored to me, and I’ve seen real progress thanks to their guidance. What makes this place extra special, though, is the atmosphere. The owner is truly one of the warmest people I’ve ever met. Sarah-Jane greets me by name every time she sees me there and always take the time to ask how I’m doing. It makes the gym feel less like a business and more like a community. That personal touch is rare and so appreciated.
I joined Beyond Fitness two months ago as I felt I needed to work on my strength training more than what Pilates and Yoga were offering me .. I am very happy with my trainer Abdel , he challenges me with interesting workouts every week, core, strength and balance and I am definitely stronger. Can highly recommend this gym and Abdel as a Trainer to anyone wanting to get stronger with keen attention to form and technique, without solely pushing major weights on equipment. The gym is spotless, very well equipped and I love the personal training vibe, so much better than getting a private trainer at home.
Based on a friend's suggestion I decided to look into the personal training options at Beyond Fitness several months ago. After talking to SJ Chilton I decided to take the plunge and signed up for a trial month. That was four months ago and was once of the best decisions I have made in the last several years. SJ is very knowledgable and approachable. My personal trainer, Jayda, is awesome. Under her guidance I have significantly increased my fitness level and flexility through gradual increases in weights and reps. Jayda always arrives prepared for my session, understands my physcial limitations and approaches each session with a welcome combination of encouragement and challenge. I will continue to be a member of the Beyond Fitness team for many months and highly recommend this program for those interested in improving their overall health, fitness level and strength.
