We were really in a tight spot. The lock mechanism on our front door froze and we were locked out of our house. We had an urgent appointment and the car keys were in the house! Paul recognised the urgency and dropped what he was doing. He came round in 15 minutes. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes. very polite, professional and sincere. We were so relieved. We thoroughly recommend this guy.
