Standing ovation to Janet, Spa Director, at Beverly Hills Med Spa!! I’ve been seeing Janet for close to 3 years on a monthly basis for hydro facials, derma-planning and other services as needed. Janet is an expert with skincare and treatments which allows me to have excellent long lasting results. She’s also very up to date on all the latest beauty trends and is trustworthy with any recommendations. The improvements to my overall skin, tone, texture and laxity are impressive! She’s especially improved lines and bands on my neck!! Janet herself is a blessing! She exudes grace and kindness in addition to great professionalism and expertise. Very highly recommend.

I called twice today! to simply find out information and clarify 2 simple questions I had. Then I was going to book a consultation for multiple services for me and a friend as a gift. Atrocious communication skills for the receptionist who handles calls! Even as soft spoken as she is with accent, she's obviously overwhelmed and it's understaffed! So why would I have a high impression of this place with that kind of dialog. She had ZERO patience to my simple question, she wouldn't even TRY to listen, as I spoke politely and eloquently to her. She said, "Oh I dont know about that, I have a customer here, bye" and hung up! I mean how dare you! I understand busy, but that's disgusting behavior, you simply say yes please hold and I will be with you shortly. Fire her, or retrain her, ridiculous enough for me to have to write this review. What kind of company is so severely understaffed to answer simple new client questions. Especially when your NAME "BEVERLY HILLS MED SPA" and LOGO and entire website match exactly a place I used to go to a few years back. Though your location seems different, no way I'll ever know as she shut me down within seconds of asking one question. How do you expect new customers to react to your company with this. I am looking for multiple services not just for me but also for friends and family as a gift. So, I may give it another chance, as of now im very turned off by this place. Horrendous first impression.
