I really wanted to like this place. I’ve had great experiences with my therapist, however when I went in today for my medication appointment I was absolutely appalled. I went in with my 3 year old son, we sat in the waiting room. My son wasn’t being very loud or anything he was playing with toys. I went back and got my vital signs taken no problem, the therapist who did it was very very nice and very kind but as soon as I sat down the provider introduced herself and immediately said she does not do any assessments with a child in the room. I asked on the phone before my appointment if it was alright to bring my son and they said yes that shouldn’t be a problem. So if you’re going for medication management please don’t bring a small child to your appointments to avoid the embarassment like I just endured. They tried to accommodate me, yes while trying to do telehealth/watch my child for me but coming off with that immediately was so unprofessional and should have been addressed beforehand. Again. Don’t bring small children if you’re a young mom and can’t get a babysitter/get help to watch kids. It gets 3 stars for my therapist, she rocks.

Update ..4/18/2025... Another 50 dollar charge. This has completely put my daughter who has problems into a complete break down. I asking for proof of emails and texts to confirm appts confirmation. T-Mobile will be getting a call. As the service isn't working and causing this problem. Someone is totally screwing up and I will find them. This is so wrong. At least give a person a heads up if what will be getting charged so they have a chance to figure what the problem is. So far I think we at 265.00 in charges if this doesn't cause someone anxiety I don't what can. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND CHARGES. What is wrong with these people who work with special people. So the therapist expects the person to be on time? Confirm their appt? Not have problems keeping an appt. Navigate phone problems without having anxiety and a mental breakdown of some sort. And most of all if a problem accures. And you can't get through on a telehealth call they want you to Pay a $100.00 no show fee when if you where normal you wouldn't need their help in the first place. So charging the person $100 dollars is really going to fix the problem. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK......NOT...... GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. So punish me, take every penny from my account and leave me absolutely nothing for the week because you took your fees. That's just more stress in my life, thank you again.
