Noelle is simply the best. Many practitioners offer dry needling now but not at the expert level. Having a complex, chronic pain syndrome, I wouldn’t put myself in anyone else’s hands. While my pain did not resolve, I did have some improvement and after a limited number of sessions she referred me elsewhere. I have deep respect for a clinician who is an expert in her field but refers when appropriate.

Surgery five years ago left me with chronic upper back pain, shoulder pain, and limited range of movement in my shoulder, which didn't improve after nearly a year of physical therapy at another location. Dr. Dommerholt changed all of that in two sessions of dry needling. He listened to my history, took it seriously, and addressed the problem. It has truly changed my life. I no longer have upper back pain and now have full range of motion in my shoulder - something I haven't had for five years. I am extremely grateful for his care, and will recommend this practice to everyone I know!

Don’t walk run if you can to Bethesda Physiocare. Brilliant care by the warmest most nurturing team. If you are fortunate enough to work with Jan Dommerholt you won the golden ticket. After going to several specialists for plantar fasciitis, the shooting pain down my leg is gone and quickly. I will be back for anything that ails me! I can’t recommend Jan enough. I feel that I am heard as a person and in the medical field the patient as a person is not always first. I wish I had made an appointment even sooner to avoid all the unnecessary medical visits.

Unfortunately, my husband had a very poor experience at Bethesda Physiocase. While the PT he received and the exercises he was given have been helpful, they are extremely disorganized. To schedule an appointment is very difficult as they are booked very far out and they reach out to schedule random appointments when someone else cancels and their schedule opens up. They also canceled one of his appointments on the morning of the appointment, but if you miss an appointment due to a hardship on your end, they charge you $50. Their business model is very one-sided and benefits their business, but is not customer-friendly. Do not recommend this place for people who have very busy schedules.
