My father-in-law has been attending this physiotherapy clinic for some time now, and I cannot say enough about the positive experience he’s had. Since English is not his first language, we were a little concerned at first about communication, but the staff here have gone above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and fully supported every step of the way. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist Maria stands out with her patience and kindness. She always takes the time to explain things clearly to him, making sure he understands what is needed and never making him feel rushed. That level of personal attention has really made a difference in his confidence and comfort during the process. The physiotherapist, along with Neha and two other staff members (whose names he unfortunately cannot recall), have all been incredibly professional and compassionate. They take the time to listen to his concerns, provide clear instructions, and ensure that the treatments are effective. My father-in-law has felt genuine improvement, not only physically but also in the reassurance that he is being well cared for. What stands out most about this clinic is how much they truly care about their patients. It’s not just about delivering physiotherapy, it’s about making each individual feel respected, understood, and supported. They treat him like family, and for that, we are very grateful.
