Having had a bad experience with this company when it was bought a year or so ago, I'm happy to report that customer service has been recently outstanding, especially with Linda. If there's a problem with your order, she will stand behind you and make it right. Because of this, I can say I'll still be a customer (and have been for 15 years). One star taken off because I wish I wasn't having any problems to begin with...
