Great service from Ang at the front desk. She went above and beyond with a warm smile and helpful attitude for all my needs. I suffer from social anxiety so I'm always afraid to ask for anything but Ang gave me the confidence to ask for the complimentary breakfast which I loved!! Truly made my stay better! Thank u Ramada I will definitely be coming back soon

Upon arriving into our room we noticed there was no microwave or fridge, but overall the room was perfect and nothing was broken or tore up the filters were clean and we had an amazing time. The beds were so soft I cant tell you how amazing it was to have a soft pillow to cuddle with. We had a small hiccup with the first room we had, but they made it right by coming to fix the issue immediately and even gave us a different room so our stay was comfortable. Marianna was our favorite employee as she was witty and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you. ❤️

The motel is in a good area. This is our second time staying there. The first time was great. This time they kept $25 for a dirty towel!! I thought that's what the towels were used for? It had some dirt on it from the babies bath, I asked to keep the towel that I paid for and she said No, it's property damage. Why give you towels to use if you shouldn't use them? Some dirt from dirty baby toes! Never again!! And they charge $11 a day for some other charge 🙄 😒

This was my second time staying here. The first time was excellent. This time I had my grandson with me. I gave him a bath after playing at the lake all day. I used the foot towel and stepped on it and it got dirty. I used the wash cloth to wash his toes. Well I went to check out this morning and was charged $25 for the dirty towel!! Mind you it's Dirt!! Washable dirt. Not blood, not grease.. so I told her since I bought the towel I'd like it. She said ,No, it's property damage! And that they will wash it and use it again! What sense does that make? Also they charge $11.60 a day for some other fee. Why give you towels if you're not supposed to use them? We won't be back!!
