We had a package shipped to a customer. It was refused, after being refused. It was delivered to this center. The person that signed for the package AT the distribution center is an employee that works there. Brian Higgins. UPS will not help with this very obvious theft.

Updated. Three days of no delivery attempts, yet they mark scanned as attempted or unable to take $. Apparently the equipment on the trucks needs to be fixed or replaced. I suggest checking this prior to delivery and just drop off at the store if that is the case. Or Notify the customer to let them know. Clients shouldn’t have to endure what I did only to have the package delivered to the wrong address.

Tried calling several times in regards to my package and no answer. Someone even picked up the phone and hung up. Shameful service
