I applied for a daily-work opportunity with this company two months ago. Despite following their instructions to call daily for updates, I was repeatedly misled and subjected to inconsistent communication. After weeks of calls, I was abruptly informed that I needed to complete an in-person registration—a requirement no one had mentioned earlier. When I finally visited their office (after a 2-hour commute in the rain), I found it closed. Upon calling, I was coldly told that registrations "close at 2:00 PM," even though no one had provided this information beforehand. The manager then refused to assist me, citing that I "raised my voice" (a natural reaction to their blatant disorganization). **Key issues:** 1. **Zero transparency:** Critical information (registration process, office hours) was deliberately withheld. 2. **Wasted time and resources:** Months of daily calls, a 4-hour commute in bad weather, and no accountability. 3. **Unprofessional staff:** The manager prioritized ego over resolving their own errors and dismissed concerns rudely. 4. **Mismanagement:** Employees clearly lack training, as multiple staff members were unaware of basic procedures. **Note:** This company does not respect job seekers’ time or dignity. As someone with qualifications exceeding the role’s requirements, I caution others against engaging with them unless systemic changes occur
