Staff is professional and seemed to do good work. I need teeth cleaning every 3 months. They cancelled my appointment, so I had to reschedule about 6 weeks later. Then, they called to cancel my rescheduled appointment, so my teeth cleaning would end up being 6 months apart. I had a dentist I used for 40 years and they never cancelled on me once and here 2 out of 3 teeth cleanings were cancelled, so I’m looking for another dentist.

About 35 years ago I on Dr. Mitzi as my dentist and have been with her, for the most part all this time. The last couple of years Berry road has taken on Dr. Amy and I've seen her a few times. Way back when, Dr. Mitzi was also the hygienist and cleaned my teeth before she took on another to do the dental cleaning. Bottom line, I've been pleased with the service as is evidenced by the fact that I've stuck with y'all all these years. 🥰
