We used this company for property management, and would not recommend them. Julie was our property manager. We found the lack of communication frustrating the manager was hard to contact, and did not promptly get back to us with accurate information. The renter chosen for our home, was not properly screened and the contract we signed was not honoured. When given feedback no apology or explanations were offered. It is worth your time, money and peace of mind to look elsewhere for property management.

Very unprofessional service from Deena. Was asked to list a house proceeded to call another realtor in another town where we intended to purchase telling this realtor the seller had no business selling they don’t make enough money to purchase a home!!! I’m sorry that’s unethical! And one has no right to talk finance to another. All Deena did was fight with the sell on everything then when we wanted to pull the house off the market because after 6 months of nothing she is telling us we are under contract for a year. We decided to wait a while and it’s another fight with her. She has done nothing to help sell the house we had to push her to do an open house. Maybe a letter to the Realtor Board on her phone call to the other realtor will open her eyes on ethics! After we changed realtors just before moving into our new home Edson had a big flood. Our home was completely fine but many others unfortunately had lots of damage. Deena put a post up with picture of flood laughing saying Karma. How professional is this when so many are pushed out of their homes from the flood.
