Mike spend probably 30 minutes searching the store for the model I was looking for, that showed it was available in store on the website. When it became clear it wasn’t there, he showed me alternatives that he would recommend. Then Slavin helped me find the model at another store, called them, and had them set it aside for me. True customer service and professionalism!

Rajiv RavishankarI went in to get 3 golf clubs regripped and encountered one of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with. I called in advance to see if they could do the job immediately or needed to keep clubs longer. This same employee told me he would do it immediately if I arrived after a certain time. I live an hour away and had another errand in the area. I have a newborn baby, and given my scheduling, I needed to stop by 1.5 hrs earlier than he said. He confirmed I was the one who called earlier and immediately took my clubs to the back without saying much. After waiting about 5 minutes he came out from the back and said "I'm not that fast buddy" and sped past me to help another customer. I followed him to ask how much time he needed and if I could come back later to pick them up. He replied, "What did I say to you on the phone?!" I tried explaining that I live an hr away and this was the only time that worked for me, but he rudely repeated the same question. I said I'd take my business elsewhere. When he returned my clubs, I saw that he had already removed the grips off 2 clubs. On my way out I complained to another employee. He was courteous and assured me he would have the golf dept manager (the rude employee’s boss) complete the job. When I returned to collect my clubs, the golf dept manager didn’t care much about what happened. He didn’t ask about what happened earlier but waived the labor fee for the regripping.
