There labels are placed all over the heater so I called them to see if they can help and the guy on the phone was extremely rude, also found that there website lies as it says free consultation but the guy wanted to charge me $70 to send someone. There's a flashing light and the landlords said that the filter was changed..

They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and fixed it the very next day. They are professional and straight forward.
