First and foremost, the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling, friendly faces. I have bad dental anxiety following a bad experience a few years ago and they made me feel so welcomed. My hygienist was Taylor and she was the sweetest person! She listened to me and was so patient and thorough. It was probably the most comfortable cleaning I have ever received! Dr. Mathis was super friendly and personable, as well. I definitely have found my dental home! Highly recommend anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to give them a try!!
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! That says so much coming from someone who HATES dental visits. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. The TV on the ceiling was also a great distraction! Doc was super sweet, told me my options, and ASKED how I would like to proceed… That has never happened! So glad I’m a patient of Bent Creek Dental!
This was my first visit to BCD and I was very pleased with the service provided to clean my teeth and perform routine checks. The cleaning was done thoroughly with little discomfort. The results of the exam were as expected similar to my previous dentist's findings. Processing in and out was very quick at the front desk and I felt that I was treated as an important customer.
