After a lengthy consultation call explaining my entire situation being completely transparent they stated they could definitely assist me. I paid the fee and uploaded every single document requested and all communications with IRS prior to their taking on the file. Months later I'm told resolutions don't apply to "someone like me" and I should "find the money to pay". I could have put the money I've paid them towards the debt. Questions are unanswered or unable to be answered and definitely do not feel that they are advocating for me. Save your money.

Definitely seem like nice people there at the office. After paying for representation, I felt like I was not told everything. Seven months go by and nothing determined of the situation. McCauley Jr. flat out lied to me. Gave incorrect information. Seemed like he was on the other team. Be careful here! For that I would clearly not recommend.
