I had concerns about boarding my dogs with anyone, but this place did not disappoint. I feel confident leaving my dogs with them. They are very communicative with how the boarding went and are willing to accommodate their customers requests. They are also pretty affordable in comparison to others in the area, that is one of the main reason I use their service. If they charged more, I would be boarding my dogs less.

Pet Paradise saved our dog's life! We boarded Fonzie so we could visit family 3,000 miles away; one evening, an employee noticed that he had signs of bloat and they immediately took him to the emergency vet who confirmed their suspicions. He had emergency surgery that night and the doctor told us that his case of GDV had been caught early, which was absolutely because of the amazing care Pet Paradise provides! We are beyond grateful for the care PP shows our boy, and we now know he is in the best hands when he stays there!

As a fantastic storm rolled into Bend bringing temps in the teens, we searched for a doggy daycare that could watch our sweet little dude last minute for the day so we could head to Bachelor. After an internet deep dive of reviews we contacted Pet Paradise. I was apprehensive, as I usually vet vet vet anyplace associated with my animals. I was so delighted, relieved, and grateful for how happy little Winnie was upon pick up, how communicative they were, how clean and secure the facilities are, and how kind the staff seemed. I really feel like this place is an asset for Bend, and we will be back knowing our guy has a safe place in the heat of summer and the cold of winter. Thank you!

I called Pet Paradise because of their excellent reviews. For the life of me, I really can’t figure out why I was treated the way I was by them. I’m from out of state and am a volunteer camp host for the Forest Service at Diamond Lake. It is a 4 hour round trip for me to run errands in Bend (one of the closest cities to Diamond Lake) and I registered to bring my dog in for a half day (12-5:30). I signed her up online and then called to confirm her appointment. I told them I would bring her immunization records with me when I dropped her off. Her appointment was at 12:00 and I got there at 12:04. I called several times to let them know I would be a couple minutes late because there was construction and detours on the way and my GPS was acting crazy. I had never been to Bend before. When I arrived to drop my dog off there was a sign on the office door that they were closed from 12:00-3:00. Even though they were expecting me, there was no note for me. I called several times from the parking lot and knocked on the door several times. No one answered or responded. They knew I was traveling 2 hours to get there. I ended up having to cancel my appointments and pay for the services because it was too late to cancel. It cost me $400 for a totally wasted day because they did not have the courtesy to tell me if I was a couple minutes late, they would not answer the door. I was dumbfounded. I sent them an email when I got back to Diamond Lake and I got no explanation and no apology in return. I have never in my 71 years dealt with such rude and inconsiderate people.
