We've been really enjoying our new home! From day one, everyone has been polite, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are amazing, super helpful and genuinely committed to building a strong sense of community. They even started a walking group on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which has been a great way to meet our neighbors and get some steps in. We're also excited about the upcoming dog park and the nearly finished 1-mile walking trail. Each resident lives in their own home. Whether it's a townhome, duplex, or single, so there's a sense of space and privacy you don't get in a traditional apartment setup. The amenities are also a huge plus! The saltwater pool is perfect for relaxing, and the gym, outdoor patio with grills, ping pong, and even an outdoor TV make it easy to hang out and unwind. So far, it's been a great experience all around and we’re really happy to call this place home!

The entire office staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly strive to ensure the experience of living at Hamlet is top notch for every resident. If you are looking for a community that has fantastic amenities, close to shops/restaurants, and has great neighbors, then look no further than Hamlet at Watkins Centre!

We are so excited to be here. From the moment we turned in to tour, meeting John who gave us our initial tour, to getting the keys, move in day, and living here. The amenities are amazing. The ice maker with two different size options for ice?? I mean I feel like I am living in luxury here. Rules are enforced by the complex to keep things as clean and tidy as possible which we appreciate. Neighbors have been so nice. I can't rave enough about this place. Each day my fiancé and I literally say throughout the day "I love this place". We are so glad to have found our home.
