If you want a frustration and unpleasant law journey, strongly recommend you to purchase their services. My friend had a great experience with Sam, the partner of Bench Mark Law firm, and I read many great reviews on google. I decided to purchase their service. Oh my god, they are so professional when they were asking me to pay. After paid their service, I had to wait for their email responses ranging from 3 to 7 days. I waited for 7 days for the legal assistant to answer my question on the timeframe of the process and the question was never answered. I had to constantly following up with them and i tried to call Sam to solve the problem. As the firm partner, I understand he must have a lot on his plate. I left a message and asked him to call me back. Guess what?!~~ No call backs from him. It was very upsetting to see a client wanted to communicate and solve the issue and the service provider did not seem to care. I would also appreciate it if Sam and his team informed me that amendments to their standardized article would be additional charges before agreeing to the service. Even though Samuel did not charge me, the threatening feeling was marked. I was afraid to have more changes for additional costs. I am a new business owner who has a tight budget. I never received any legal consultation or advices during the process, even though my incorporation was reasonably straightforward. As non-law professionals, we depend on law professionals to protect our rights. It is definitely a bad experience with the law firm. Very sadly, the law does not stand what they promised "All small business, no small clients". I guess I am the lucky small client who can be neglected. BTW, check spelling. They spell my name wrong in the document. This is a real, truthful and legit experience.

I had scheduled a "free" consultation. The Lawyer (Sam) and an Article Student called me promptly at the scheduled time. We went over the questions I had about incorporating a company with non-Canadian partners. They answered all my questions and gave me additional input. Based on their prompt and competent answers, I expect that we will move forward with incorporating and will use Benchmark Law Corporation.
