Working with Ben was such a pleasure. Me and my boyfriend started with him about two years ago when we first decided we wanted to buy our first home. Unfortunately, the pandemic got in the way and we had to hold off four about two years. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023 and we are ready to try again. Ben worked fast to run all of our information and was able to explain to us that we were in very good standing to be able to buy our first home. Once we agreed he worked very quickly to get us preapproved and on our way to buying a home. This whole process can be very confusing, but Ben has a way of explaining things and showing examples that made everything very comprehensible, so we were never left questioning what we had just talked about. In addition to being our mortgage broker, Ben also acted as our real estate agent as he has recently become licensed (congratulations again!!!). He sacrificed many late nights with his little baby to bring us to showings for homes that we were interested in. Working with a little guidance from Michelle, who was also amazing, Ben found us a listing and worked very quickly to get our offer in and in the span of just a month, we closed on our very first home. With Ben being licensed as both a mortgage broker and a real estate agent, there was a lot less people to have to deal with and made asking questions very easy. Looking at a listing and getting the information while also having him run our numbers for that listing made our process so efficient. Needless to say I highly recommend using Ben in your home buying process. Just an overall amazing team!
